Datamotive is seeking a dynamic and experienced AWS Partner Manager to spearhead the strategy, development, management, and success of our partnership with Amazon Web Services (AWS) This role is pivotal in driving business growth, technical alignment, and lead generation through effective collaboration with AWS and AWS partners. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cloud technology, particularly AWS, with a proven track record in managing strategic partnerships and exceeding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Partnership Development: Build and nurture deep relationships with AWS practice leaders, solution architects, and key stakeholders. Ensure strong technical and business alignment between Datamotive and AWS
Strategic Goal Setting: Define and drive technical and business objectives for the AWS partnership. Secure commitments from AWS and hold them accountable for achieving shared goals.
Pipeline Management: Develop and manage a robust pipeline for AWS-related opportunities. Identify and pursue leads through outbound prospecting, networking, and leveraging AWS’s resources.
Technical Account Management: Oversee the entire sales process for AWS-related opportunities, including prospecting, proposal development, negotiations, and closure.
Market Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and AWS’s evolving solutions. Adjust sales strategies to maintain a competitive edge and capitalize on new opportunities.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to align sales strategies with product development, marketing, and customer support efforts.
Lead Generation and Conversion: Use sales platforms and techniques to generate leads and convert them into successful partnerships. Conduct technical sales meetings, product demos, and presentations as needed.
Qualifications: MBA degree preferred. Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field is required.
